Parking

Parking is located at the rear of our building. Pull in through the alleyway between us and C Grace (Identified by the Cat Mural). Available parking includes parallel parking alongside our building and parking on the Cortez side of the lot.  Street Parking is free after 5 p.m. as is neighborhood parking on local side streets. 

Handicap Access

Cortez is handicap accessible. We have a side entrance that is adjacent to the alleyway.

What is the best way to make a group reservation?

For groups of 6 and larger we recommend filling out our contact form. We will get back to you shortly upon reviewing your request! Please note we have a small dining room and as such large group availability is limited.  Groups of 13 and larger are typically considered a full or partial buyout however on weekdays we are more flexible.  Our sister restaurant is a great space to host groups of 20 and larger.

Oyster Happy Hour

Our Dollar OFF Oyster Happy Hour is daily from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sundays.  The happy hour pricing does not apply to our roasted/baked oysters.

Corkage Fee

We apply a $20 corkage fee per bottle of wine opened.

Cake Cutting Fee

A $3/per person fee is applied.  Custom cake rates by our head Pastry Chef are available upon request.

Allergies / Dietary Restrictions

Our dishes are mostly all prepared al minute which means that we do our absolute best to accommodate most dietary restrictions by using clean, disinfected pans and avoiding cross-contamination.  Please note your allergy to your server upon being seated so we can plan accordingly.

Seafood Aversions / Allergies

We can absolutely accommodate folks who avoid seafood due to dietary preferences and/or allergies.  We change gloves and pans when accommodating a guest with an allergy.  Our menu regularly features non-seafood dishes that are plant and meat based.
